Arthur, because I think it is the easiest to live with.
I really dislike Lance, which seems inevitable with Lancelot (I also think Lancelot is ridiculous), and Galahad is just way too much name.
I would consider Gawain as a middle name, but probably not a first name since most people would probably pronounce it to rhyme with "wayne"

One of my cousins married a guy named Gawain. He pronounced it as one syllable: Gwayne. Rhyming with Wayne.
