[Opinions] Yves Regional Pronunciation
I was wondering how y’all pronounce Yves? To me it just seems like one of those names that Americans would pronounce differently. The French is with like a long “e” EEv I believe? Like in Evie for example.

Initially reading I can't help to pronounce it "Yives" (I as in "eye" and not "ee") but I know it should be "Eve" I'm British

I say it the same way I say Eve, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear it pronounced like Ives (rhymes with chives) or like eaves.
