That is a conundrum...maybe try to use 'patri' in there somehow so it sounds like Patrick?
Is it possible to invert it and have the same meaning, like Patrisos?
Or perhaps you could consider the element 'soter' which means saviour (see Sotiris) instead.

Oh some nice ideas there. Patrisos is a cool name, but I want the S in the beginning. Sotiris is a really great one! I wish it still had the "father" meaning in it though. I thought of something like "Patrick" too, but not sure how to do it. I think it's the "Sop" in the beginning that makes it tough. If I spell it like Sotripas I think that's a bit better. I want the "P" to stay in there, and I love Sotiris as well.
