I think they're both better as first names. As FNs, they're very wearable; as MNs, they look like filler.
I'd prefer to be named Maria, of those two, so... Maria Saturnina, Maria Candela, Maria Wilhelmina. I like your Maria combos, too.

Or, Marie Meliora, Marie Nightingale, Marie Laurence, Marie Melisande, Marie Corisande, Marie Fernande would be okay.
