CamilleIt’s less frilly and the most grounded, while still being pretty on its own. Plus, I’ve never really liked Camilla or Camillia.

I like Camilla because it’s the most international, followed by Camille which is nice too, followed by Camillia which is weird and overwrought.

Camille is unisex in French, and the pronunciation you've given sounds just like the Afrikaans word for 'camel'.Camilla: I've only ever heard it pronounced kuh-MIL-uh, which I like, but I dislike Milly and the royal connection.Camillia: looks like the last gasp of a dying spell-checker. Why not Camellia? Beautiful flower, and doesn't look like a typo.

Camilla, but......only pronounced as it looks (i.e., the second syllable = "mill").

Camilla, but there's no MEAL in it when I say it. There is a MILL, though.

Camille but I prefer the French pronunciation which is KAH-mee.Camilla is all Charles and Camilla to me and I just can't forget the "I want to be your tampon"-thing.Camillia is just too much. Camelia is better.

I like Camille best.
Camillia is too confusing and it looks like a hybrid between Camille and Camellia.
