It's OK, but I prefer Cielo for its originality. Ciela looks like a forced feminine form, like Consuela / Consuelo.

It has a pretty sound. It kind of reminds me of Sienna and Sierra. Nice enough but not amazing.

I know a Cyelle, pronounced like the marine mammal. She can carry it off, but I always hope it's short for Cecile; it never is. And Ciela is much the same, only more ornate. It's a big No.

It’s alright. I actually prefer the chee-eh-la pronunciation, it’s a lot spunkier.
