omg yes my calling, I love the name Mikka for a girl, also Mickaela / Mikaela (with the ae pronounced like 'uh-eh' not 'ay'. I also think the nickname Mikey for a girl would be adorable but don't the full name would be..

Hmm, Michelle is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head. Which kind / culture of names do you like? I would look at different lists under "M" and see if anything can fit in with Mick.
