One my favorite boys names, I love it!

I like it and most of the rhyming names. I go back and forth on if I like Aidan or Aiden better. I know everyone says it is overused, but I’m a teacher and I can only think of one.

I really dislike this name, sounds bratty and troublesome.

Incredibly boring, becoming dated now. It was interesting twenty five years ago.

I like it. I actually only know one, a 9 year old boy.

I’m so sick of hearing it.

I love it. But I wouldn't use it anymore. It was so overused in the past in a really unattractive spelling (I can't stand Aiden).

I keep falling in and out of love with Aidan; currently, I'm somewhere in between. I love the meaning of "fire", but then it's also part of the -ayden trend I hate. lol

In general I think it is a good name, maybe a bit boring as Gaelic names come. But, I think in today's world it feels a tired, almost dated. We know so many school age Aidan/Aiden/Ayden/Aidyns, both male and female, then there are also the Jayden/Cayden/Zayden etc also both male and female all in the same age bracket. I have to admit, and i feel bad, but anymore when I see a BA with any of these variations it is eye roll worthy.

I kind of like Aidan still. Oddly enough, I only know of one Aiden in my area. And I've never met him. I always hear that it is too common. But I don't know any. I know quite a few JADENs, of various spellings. But no AIDANs. So I never really got tired of hearing it , as some may have.
