I really like both the name and the character. Endeavour/ Endeavor is among my favorite virtue names.
Even though I like Inspector Morse, I slightly prefer the Endeavor spelling since it seems a little less vowel heavy. The extra 'u' feels as if they wanted to cram one more vowel into an already packed name. I know that it is the prefered British spelling, but it still looks a tad superfluous like one bow too many on an already frilly dress.
Oddly, I visually like Honour slightly more than Honor.
