Lila - I like this one, it's cute
Liliana - Not a fan of names ending in liana
Lillian - Don't know how to feel about this one
Lily - Pretty but way over used

Lillian, Lily, and the rest equally in dead last.

I'm not the biggest fan of flower names but some are ok.

Hey, don't forget Lili(pronounced like Lily or LEE-LEE)!

I just LOVE flower names, but Rose is kind of a letdown flower name. And it's super common. I know someone named Lily, actually...here' show much I like them, with the ones I like the most at the bottom:

I dislike most flower names.

The only one on your list that I am almost neutral about, rather than positively negative, is Lilian, but not Lillian at all.
