Love liselotte.
Famous bearer is the granddaughter of the winter Queen Elizabeth Stuart. She was named in honour of her mum Charlotte & grandma Elizabeth & name been combined.
Can this be used for an English girl or top continental?

I have friend who's father is British and her mother, I believe, Dutch. Her name is Lieselotte and it works for her.

Liselotte is a family name on the German side of my family and it's my sister's middle name. We live in the UK and I love it but it's unheard of so I think it works better as a middle. It's my aunt's first name, though, and she lives in the US. She goes by Lilo.

Of course it can work as a Britgirl name, it is after all based on UK classics.

The grandaughter of Elizabeth Stuart was nicknamed Liselotte. It was not her given nams. She was named Elisabeth Charlotte. I think Liselotte sounds juvenile.

I really love Liselotte, and I think it would go fine in the UK.
