I think Noah looks too boyish to me, even though there's the Noah as a woman (Zelophehad's daughter) in the Bible. I prefer Noa on a girl, it looks more feminine. They both reminds me of the Noah's ark story.
I quite like Nancy, it sounds laid-back and cute also vintage to me. I would like to pair it as Nancy Veronica.
