I think that it's a very sweet name, and I'd actually use it, if I were able to.

Cute as a nickname for Julia or Julienne. :)

Julie is such a well-used nn for all the Juli- names that it bores me totally. The Juli- name I like best is Juliet, but I would only consider it as a mn, to avoid Julie.
