I was very nearly named Ashley, after my mom's uncle who passed a few years before I was born.
My sister might have been Heidi, a name our mother considered for a time.
I don't know of any would-be names of my other sister, or at least none that I can remember hearing about. I know my brother's name was pretty much set in stone. As soon as Mom found out she was having a boy she immediately went with Jason, a name she always planned to use for a son.
