Oof, not a fan. It strikes me as dared and just ugly? Joanna is somewhat better, more feminine, and I prefer Joan as well by a long shot.
(Also, the association with the Lady Gaga album doesn't help - I know that's a significant name to her in addition to be being her first middle name, but that's her weakest album in my opinion.)
