[Surname] Re: PIGULENSKA
Piguleńska looks like altered version of Pigulińska, which is female version of Piguliński.
Posibbly inherited from family or merriage.
Piguliński - from Piguła, word "piguła" literally it is a big, hard to smallow pill, it is also a joking, kinda rude way to call a nurse or apparently in past apothecary (chemist), so it's sort of a profession surname.
Piguła: https://nazwiska.ijppan.pl/haslo/show/name/PIGU%C5%81A
That means, someone long long ago, could be working in medicine field and with time surname got passed on and altered.
Other variants related to Piguła: Piguł, Pigułski/ska, Pigulski/ska,Pigułowski/ska, Pigułka, Pigulak.
