I'd still hate it, because the Heaven connection is just too strong and Nevea would just look like a cree8yv spelling of an already-made-up and contrived name. I don't like the sound anyway, I don't like Neve or Neva or Niamh, they're just ugly to me.
Also, there's a body lotion called Nivea which sounds fairly similar to Nevaeh/Nevea, so that's another strike against it.
