William "Liam" (LOVE this)
Alannah
Meave (I MUCH prefer the spelling Maeve)
I like or love these but they would be mispronounced all the time outside of Ireland:
Niall
Eamonn
Ciaran
Eoin (why not Owen?)
Aoife
Aislinn
Caoimhe
Ciara (you'd get see-AHR-ah, not KEE-rah)
Niamh
Quinn on a boy only
