I like it very much, though I very much dislike Cicely (looks "wrong" to me) and Sicily (a place name, nms). I also love Cecilia, Cecile, Celia, and Celeste. Hard to pick just one. :b

I like it. I prefer Cecilia but Cecily is nice too.

Prefer CeciliaI much prefer Cecilia which I think has a nice sound. Cecily is very hissy sounding to me.

Beautiful. Timeless. Elegant.

I really love it. It's unusual and sounds strong and feminine at the same time. Generate Your Own Glitter Graphics @ GlitterYourWay.com - Image hosted by ImageShack.us

I think it's lovely, if a bit whimsical. It always reminds me of The Importance of Being Earnest.

I like it! I think a lot of people will have trouble with the pronunciation issues. I had it on my list for awhile before I realized that it rhymed with Wesley, my son's name. Duh.

I don't think it rhymes with Wesley. I pronounce it SES-i-lee. So it's similar to Wesley, but there's an extra syllable in the middle..Catherine Ann Genevieve.

No, it doesn't rhyme EXACTLY, but it's much too close for me.

I like it, and I always have. It sounds a little childish though, I couldn't see a Dr Cecily or lawyer Cecily. It could be used as a short form of Cecile or Cecilia.
