Well, the spelling is certainly not pinyin. Lyn is spelt Lin, Kigh is spelt Kai, Ahn is spelt An, Lay is spelt Lei. I don't know what Shy/Shigh is, it might be Shi, Xi, Qi, Zhi or something else.
