They're forms of each other. This is like Mary and Marie for twins. It's lame and cheesy and the rhyme aspect is just too cutesy. This is close to the top of my list of things NOT to name siblings, let alone twins.
On their own merits, I'd take Anna over both, but Hannah over Hanna.
Anna Katherine or Hannah Elizabeth would be nice, just not in the same household.
