Freya is lovely, but I adore Sigrid, so even if it's a hard choice, I vote for the latter.

I love both names for their history, but I don't find Sigrid at all attractive sound-wise. (Do love Siri, though.) Freya is lovely I think ... it's on my faves list :-)

Freya for meI agree with Miss Claire that Sigrid isn't feminine at all.

I don't care for either name, but if I had to choose, then I'd say Freya.

It like them both. Freya is very pretty, a fits into a society where names like Brenna and Aurora, with the dreamy airs, are in. It's very soft. Sigrid is neat-soungs, beautifully non-English, and a lot more grounded and down to earth. I know you think it sounds awkward (I disagree - Elizabeth Sigrid Bergfalk sounds great to me), but if it truly is that name that's in your heart, I say go for it. It's beautiful.~ Arcadia

Freya, although I'm not crazy about either one. If you ask this question tomorrow I'm just as likely to answer it Freya as I am Sigrid.

Freya! It's gorgeous!!! Sigrid is very unfeminine...
