I love it. My favorite name, Isla, is also after a Scottish island (Islay) but unfortunately the two names are too similar in sound for me to use together, imo. I also like Elsa, but prefer Ailsa for some reason, though the "ale"/"ail" in it isn't the best sound. I still love the name, though.

One of the girls I work with is named Ailsa, we pronouce it Elsa pretty much. I don't love the name, but it's cool on her.

It looks very sloppy - like it's a typo of Alisa. I don't care for it.
