Seren?
I saw this in someone else's post yesterday as part of the Welsh Top 20 and I can't get it out of my head. What do you think of Seren? Any suggestions for first/middle names that would go wellwith it?Also the name Nova - I'm not crazy about it but I think it would make a great middle name, and I'm very much liking Nova and Seren as middle names for a sibset, given that they both have 'star' meanings. Any thoughts?

I love Seren! Nova is a TV program to me and I don't find it very attractive.

Being Cornish, I prefer Steren, but I also like Seren a lot :)Nova is nice too, but for me it's just a 'make' of car.

I live in Wales and Seren is my neighbour's little granddaughter's name. It was chosen because she was born in Texas ("the lone star state").
I think it's pretty, and would probably pick a three-syllable middle name like Elizabeth or Marguerite for it. Don't know what hers is.

I don't care for Seren based on sound. Also, in some languages this is a masculine name with different origins than the Welsh name.

I think Seren would be nice as a mn. I thought I liked it for a while, but the more I say it the less I like it now. It sounds a little like syrum, or severe. Nova is ok. I think I like Noa better.
