I like both, but because I love Greek names, I have to say Charis (prn. KHAR-ees in Greek).

Out of those two . . .

It's pronounced KA-ris not KAIR-is here, and I much prefer that!

Carys - mainly because of the meaning

Charis looks similar to chairs. I prefer Carys.
