I know scores of parents wouldn't use it if it weren't for the nn Abby, but I'm glad they're doing it. I like the sounds of it, nicknames Abby and Gail, and how simple it is. I also really like Emily for similar reasons.you could consider Abigail "Gail," that would be 'refreshing.'
