Ryann?
What about the name Ryann for a girl? I have heard it used befor along with Rae-Anne, though I like Ryann way better.

I don't like it on a girl. Okay I also don't like it on a boy. Actually it has a feminine touch, kind of like Lynn...but if you use it just spell it Ryan. Ryann looks weird and people would say Ry-ANN I guess.

A big no from me! I love Ryan on a boy, but Ryann for a girl is too masculine and not pretty at all.

First of all, Ryan is a boys' name. Second of all, that extra N is one of the most superflous letters one could add to a name. In fact, it's almost unheard of in the English language. The only double-N words I can think of are millennium, Pennsylvania and questionnaire (which is technically French).
Edited for a typo.

I like it but only spelt Rhian.

Sorry, I don't like it. When I saw it in the subject line I didn't know if it was Ry-ANN, or just Ryan with an extra 'n'. And it seems a bit unnatural to feminize a surname. If you must, I think Ryanne would make your intentions a lot clearer.
