1. What names are you thinking of most today?
-Just names I like, and trying to find the perfect middle name for Caspian. *sigh*
2. Do you think its ok to have themed middle names in a sibset if you like all the names?
-Yeah. Middle names are fine-- just not the first names!
3. Do you think its ok to name a child after a book/movie character if its not REALLY obvious, and you were passionate about the book/movie?
-Yes. I will name my first son Caspian, partially after the Narnia character (I liked the name way before the movies, btw). However, if it's like... Anakin or something, it could get a little odd. I'd love to see it on someone else's child, but not on mine-- and as amiddle name it would be fine (o:
4. Do you think in about 8 years time it'll be ok to call a boy Shiloh?- Shiloh is all boy to me right now
5. How do you find most of the names you put on your list, or have you just come across them over the years?
-I've just really come across them, but I also hear them in books and what not.
6. How long have you had a name list?
-Since I was about... nine
7. Do you write fiction/film scripts etc?
-Yeah, I'm a bit of a novelist-- an aspiring novelist anyway
8. Whats your least favourite name atm?
-It would be a tie between Arbutis and Coantha
9. Whats the first combo that comes into your head right now? Quick!!!
-Caspian Nicholas
10. Do you think pets should have pet names (e.g. Fluffy) or people names or do you not really care?
-I don't really care, but I like food names and names of different moons of Jupiter. Odd stuff.
11. Whats the oddest combo (in your opinion) that you've ever liked?
-I used to like Thorbjorn Cinnamon, but that was (thankfully) just a phase. I do like Galadriel Maeve.
12. Do you go through phases with your names, or do you tend to stick with most of them?
-The ones I really love seem to stick around, but I'll go through phases with some of the others.
13. If you're planning on having children, how many would you want?
-At least three-- probably more like five.
14. Is there one name you'd really like to use, but feel like you can't for some reason or other? If so, what name and why.
-I like Lyra, but it has too many 'Golden Compass' connections, and I strongly disagree with that book.
15. Do you like nature/word names or think they're a bit too weird and non-namey?
-Yes. Totally. Anything.
