Beau Dominic and Beau Nathaniel are great. Beau Augustin doesn't really flow nice. But I think it is good in combination with a long middle name.

I like Beau... I knew a family with a French last name and their kids were Camille, Beau and Cheri. It gives me the southern boy/gentleman vibe.Of your combinations I like
Beau Theodore
Beau Dominic
Beau AugustinBeau Montgomery definitely sounds like a Southern gentleman!

I know a Beau who is arrogant and annoying so I don't care for the name. Otherwise I think I would like it.

I would quite like it as a nickname (not sure for what though, maybe Bartholomew?) but the fact that it's another word for 'boyfriend' makes it seem sort of flimsy on its own to me. I like:
Beau Augustin - the best from your list, I think
Beau Dashiell
Beau Maximilian
Beau Theodore

It sounds like a plantation owner's son. I get a serious "Gone With the Wind" vibe from this name.I think Beau Theodore is the front runner.
