I have a special penchant for girls' "I" names like Idony. But I hesitate to suggest it, or make combos for it, because I don't know how to pronounce it. I assume it's "ID-uh-nee," but that's just guessing.I love the look of Idony Maria. It only works for me if the emphasis is on the first syllable of Idony, though. If it's on the second syllable, then the two names have the same rhythm and it falls flat to my ears.

I like it. It's unusual and spunky. I like Idonea, too.Idony Maria is alright.

I really like Idony. It seems very fresh, modern and hip, while having a great ancient history.Idony Maria is great! I also like Idony Fern
Idony Violet
Idony Eliza
(just some randoms)The only thing that I dislike about this name is that I'm never confident over how to say it - Idny? EYE-donny? ee-DUN-ee? Regardless, I love how it looks.

I'd prefer Idony Marie, but I like it very much anyways. I pronounce it 'I-don-ee'

I love both Idony and Idonea, but I agree that the pronunciation is what's difficult. Personally, I pronounce them "I-doh-nee" and "i-doh-NAY-uh," but that's just me- I could be totally wrong.

I really like the meaning of it, but I'm never sure how it would be pronounced. Either "ih-DOH-nee" or "ID-on-ee".
I like Idonea, too, I pronounce it "ih-DOH-nee-uh".
