Sianoa

I'd say see-a-NOH-a. I'm not sure where it came from... it looks cool though.
Funny - I posted a few days ago saying I liked Shauna and was surprised it's not more popular. I've never seen this, though, and wouldn't have known it was prounounced the same way (less the "o"). I like it, but I think I'd have to go with Shauna here in the US because most (like me) wouldn't get the pronounciation.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but don't think I am either!
I don't know...
As I said, I don't know how to pronounce it exactly, but looking at the pronounciation key for Sian, it's SHAH:N...

Note the astrisks on AH and AW and the ":" --- add an "a" at the end (like Shauna) and how do you not get a possible pronounciation that is the exact same as Shauna?

I thought SHAW-nah, but SHAW-no-ah/uh and sha-NO-a sound nice. I dun like the 'Noah' part of the name, really.
Hmm I also thought about changing the spelling to Shanoa or Shanoah. I don't know...
I googled it and there seems to be an actress with the name. After some more googling I found out her mom named her after her friend Sian. And added the Noah because that would have been her name had she been a boy.
I actually hoped it would have a bit more of a history and meaning but I guess the meaning could be taken from Sian + Noa/h as in Annabeth (= Anna + Beth) or Annemarie (= Anne + Marie).
It's a very pretty name. Her mom was good at making up names, I hardly ever encounter newly made up names that beautiful.
