I suggested Marjorie during my first pregnancy, and DH said "She'd be born ready middle-aged". I still like the sound, but maybe it's a name that needs to wait in the wings for a while longer.
I like Marjorie and Frances together, and actually know a sibset with those names! There's a third sister, Christine.
I can't warm up to Fern, I'm afraid, and it's too fizzy and frothy and ef-y with Frances. Try Marjorie Fern and Frances Someonelse: Frances Angela as a combo has the same retro feel as Marjorie.
