Charlize
Does anyone else think that Charlize is a beautiful name? I don't really care for Charlotte to be honest, but for some reason, I like the sound of Charlize. I personally wouldn't use it because I dislike when people give their children rare names that are instantly associated with celebrities. It seems cheesy to me. Even if I used the spelling Charlise and only used it as a middle name, I would still feel like I was being trendy by using a celebrity name.

I love it, but one thing that does hold me back is the Theron connection.

I think Charlize/Charlise is really pretty, its a nice cabnge from Charlotte which is SO common these days. (although Charlotte is ok too)I heard that Charlize Theron's name was made up using 2 different names, her father's name Charles and something else, but I could be wrong. :PMum to Hayley Anne

I dislike Charlotte too but I don't really like Charlize. It would be fine as a mn though.Kristen~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I'm sorry, but I LOATHE Charlize. It sounds and looks trashy and sleasy to me. Also, I hate the LEEEEEZ sound. I also hate that sound in Louise and Lousia. Sorry!I LOVE Charlotte, Caroline, and Carolina, though.

I also dislike Louise and Louisa as well. I'm not wild about Charlotte either, so it does seem odd that I actually like the name Charlize / Charlise.
