4. If I wanted to use Sky as a nickname, do you think Skyler and Skylar would be better than Schuyler? Yes, but I think once people realize "Schuyler" is pronounced like Skyler and Skylar, the kid would probably get called Sky once in a while.

5. How many do you know? Do any go by Sky? I know one Skylar, a boy. He usually goes by his full name, but sometimes, he gets called Sky by his best friends.

6. Do you think it will get more common? I don't think it will get insanely popular, no. I think it will stay where it is, mostly because it probably isn't girly or boyish enough for a top 40 spot. The name Sky, after all, was never extremely popular; however, because it sounds similar to Tyler, which is a pretty common name, I don't think it will fade out in the near future.
