I pronounce Madeline as Mad-eh-line, because I grew up watching the tv show Madeline as a kid!
I pronounce Madeleine slightly different like Mad-eh-leen.
I've met only one Madeleine (pronounced Madelyn), who would be about 14 by now. I don't think it's too common at all.
I prefer the Mad-eh-LINE pronunciation but I don't mind the Mad-eh-lyn pronunciation, I'd probably spell it Madelin.
