I would! I love Eliza; it's spunky and feminine. It's a lot fresher than Elizabeth.

I might. I really like Eliza as a full name. I prefer it to Elizabeth, but I also like it as a nickname for Elizabeth.

Maybe. My mother is Elizabeth, and Eliza would honor her without Xeroxing her name. There are other names I like more, so it has a better chance of showing up in my combos as a middle name than as a first. My Eliza combo is Ingrid Eliza.

No, it sounds like a servant's name. Eliza and Lydia gossiping in the kitchen and then simpering around serving tea and bringing shawls. Ugh.

I think it would be a contender, if I didn't have a friend named Eliza. And my own name has the initial E, and I have a thing about that. Eliza definitely has the same sort of feel as my favourite usable names.
