Don't care for Seamus.I like Flavia. My dad's name is Flavio, the male form of the name.

I think Seamus very handsome. I find Flavia entirely off-putting. Used to know a gal who had this as a middle name; liked her but never could warm to that name.

Seamus is far too close to Shame Us (if you're not Irish). I far prefer James, or even quirky Hamish.Flavia is rather nice! I like the classical associations, and the meaning. I imagine there might be several opinions on how to pronounce it, which can get very tedious very quickly.

I love Seamus, I think it's really handsome. If we identified as Irish at all, I'd totally consider using it!Flavia I'm not the biggest fan of. Can't get over the "flavor" similarity.

I would never use them. Seamus is perfectly respectable and nice, but NMS at all. Flavia sounds awful.

I love Seamus a lot, but it is an unfortunate GP for me. Love this name, though.Flavia just reminds me of Flavio too much, and it sounds too much like a boy's name for me, sorry.

I like Flavia. It's unusual, but not that hard to pronounce and it's easy to spell.
I don't really like Seamus though. It also makes me think of Seamus Finnigan from Harry Potter.
