I knew a little girl with this name, and I believe it was spelled Christabel. She went by Belle which I thought was nice too. I agree that I probably wouldn't use this name, but it was refreshing to see on a little girl.

I think I prefer the Christabel spelling, as it seems the most traditional to me and less likely to be misspelled (which is funny because I prefer Cristina over Christina).
