Victoria Celeste Grace (other Grace Celeste runs into each other) over Sophia Celeste Grace (which has too many s sounds for me)
Neither Grace Shae nor Shae Grace work for my ears with the repeated AY sound.
Sophia Grace Nicole over Victoria Grace Nicole (I don't like the Vic and Nic together)
Sophia Grace Louise and Victoria Grace Louise are both quite nice. Actually there's nothing wrong with Victoria Louise Grace and Sophia Louise Grace either.
I like Sophia much much better than Victoria regardless of popularity.
