Anais, Madeleine, Angelique, Isabel, Margot, Roxanne, Suzanne
Claudia (pronounced the Italian way) is sexy too.
Nina was popular in 1910-1950 at the place where I was born. It sounds kind of old-ladyish for me :)

Meant for OP, sorry.
I'm torn between Rosanna and Roxana. I guess Ro---na sounds sexy to me, even though Rona, oddly, does not.
