I love Aviva, Chaya, and Michal. My least favorites are Gili (reminds me of gills), Ayelet (sounds like "I yell it" and looks like eyelet), and Keren (looks like you got tryndee with Karen).I don't think Ayelet (pronunciation issues and looks like the word eyelet), Chaya (you'd never get the "ch" sound), Keren (constantly mistaken for Karen), Michal (constantly mistaken for Michael and mispronounced), or Tziporah (the "tz" will trip people up) would work in an English-speaking context at all. Some combos:
Aviva Michal (love this!)
Chaya Margalit
Aviva Keshet
Rivka Ayelet
Tziporah Keren
