I don't think it is...Det finns 28 män som har förnamnet Noha. Av dessa har 18 namnet Noha som tilltalsnamn.
I've seen Noha before, but that time it was used as a creative version of Noah. But in the BA below, I started wondering it Noha was a name from a different culture mainly because of the sister's name.

Noha is user-submitted as a female Arabic name (http://www.behindthename.com/submit/name/noha) and it seems to be quite popular in France as a male name (http://www.behindthename.com/top/name/noha).
I did a search and it seems to be particularly popular in Egypt https://www.linkedin.com/pub/dir/?first=noha&last=&search=Search (again, many of them seem to be women). It seems to be a variant of Nuha.
