Betsy is quite nice as a nickname. There's Betty as well, and maybe Trissie - although I don't really like that as much.
Beatrice Winifred is my favourite, followed by Beatrice Evadne and Beatrice Leontine.

Thank you! I'm going to have to ponder Betty for a while, I think; I do like it, but something about it seems almost funny to me.
