I like Connie, but to me it is so girly I would never consider it for a boy. I really like Conrad, it's on my list of names I actually love, but wouldn't use. I dislike Connor and Constantine. Constance is really pretty. I've also heard of Connie being used as a full name for a girl

Jason to me is sleazy, but I think that's due to my experiences of people named Jason. I quite like that it has the nickname Jase, but I just can't get on board with Jason. I have met 4 Jason's - 2 would now be 26/27, one in late 30s and the other is in his early 50s.

Alaric is like Conrad for me. A name I love but wouldn't use myself. I don't think it's too weird IRL. I think Alaric is a handsome, yet quirky name, but not too out-there that people would be like 'What!'
There will always be people who think anything different from classic names is weird, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be used, plus once you know somebody with a more unusual name, the name becomes less unusual the more you see them, IYGM
~ Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry ~
