My father wanted to name me Rosemary or Rosaline, but my mother didn't like those names. In the end they went with Lucy Beatrice.
If I'd have been a boy, my name would either be Lawrence (but my mother thought this was too "English" - my father's Scottish and my mother Belgian) or Michael.
