Misread the question at first. I've never rated names with numbers or I don't often because my feelings change day to day and sometimes minute to minute. Certain names are fairly steady but most flit around. All my favorite names are either 9's or 10's and if they fall too low for too long I remove them from the list of top favorites.
For example Silas is either barely in the top 25 boys names these days for me or just outside of it.

Serafina, Fiona, Artemis, Luna, Hazel, Stella, Adelina, Deirdre, Frieda, Eleanor, Ursa, Callisto, Augustine, Ravenna, Iris, Citrina, Juniper, & Fern
Ciaran, Connor, Arthur, Rowan, Magnus, Adrian, Finn, Teagan, Cedric, Quinn, Xavier, Theron, Taliesin, Julian, Gavin, & Griffin
