Roland Ariel Josiah flows the best I think.
Have you considered Jesse? It's similar to your name, it's biblical, it means "gift" AND it's connected to David. Just a thought. And I think Roland Jesse Gilliland is really handsome.
Roland Ariel Gilliland is OK, but too 'L' heavy for my tastes. And the initials RAG sticks out to me.
My problem with the other names all go back to too many Ls. Roland Josiah sounds nice but feels a bit clunky when you add a third name after.
