If I understand the pronunciation you want, I think the Laelia spelling best conveys it. Lelia might rhyme with Celia. Sound-wise, my brain related it to Eulalia, so tongue and speech came to mind.

In Sweden the pronounciation of Lelia would be LE-li-a.
