My brother and his wife revealed over the weekend that they are expecting their first child. They're having a boy, and they have a lot of ideas. One of them will pick the first name and the other will pick the middle name. Here are their ideas for names:

Names his wife likes:
Moacir - this is a name of indigenous origin

I would totally go for Alexandre Thiago. Love the option of Thiago. Second option would be Lucas Sebastiao.

Francisco is so cool. I'd call him Frank sometimes. It's just known enough without being used very much. Thiago is also pretty cool.

Miguel has always been one of my favorite Spanish/Portuguese/Latino names.

Overall I like them.

I like Alexandre, Thiago (prefer Tiago), Francisco and maybe even Sebastiao. It could grow on me.

Alexandre - Love Alex- names, and while I prefer Alexander this is still nice
Matheus - Like it, but would have spelled it Mattheus
Miguel - Not for me
Lucas - Love it
Henrique - No, don't like

Moacir - Weird
Thiago - Like it!
Francisco - San francisco?
Sebastiao - Like it
Fabio - Nice enough

Lucas Sebastiao or Thiago Alexandre would be awesome

My sister-in-law has an uncle named Moacir. I think that's why she's considering it.

I think I lean more towards your SIL's list, but I do like Henrique and Alexandre as well.

Thiago Henrique would be amazing. Francisco Miguel as well.
