I actually really like Caprice. I like the sound, the look, and, yes, even the meaning. I don't really get why "impulse" is so negative; it isn't always a bad thing to follow your impulses and instincts (of course not always, but I wouldn't really call it a "negative" meaning, it just depends on how you take it. I guess I think the meaning is more neutral than anything). I mean, some people think it's trendy and edgy to name their girls "crooked nose" (Cameron), and I can't see any redeeming qualities in that, sooo..Yeah.I think Caprice could make a fun, spunky middle name, especially for a more dour first like Agatha or Minerva.

Ooooh! I love the idea of pairing it with severe names like that! Minerva Caprice sounds so nice.
I agree the negativity surrounding the meaning is weird, and I really can't comprehend how people see it as sexist.
